At PEKO, there is a diverse balance between seasoned tenure employees and young eager minds. We constantly invest and re-invest in the success of our employees and their futures. What that means to us is helping employees develop professionally to meet their fullest potential.
When employees come to us with a desire to further their education, we help them financially to make sure that they’re always striving to be the best that they can be.
Apart from paying for school tuition, we are constantly searching for local classes available that may be of benefit to them and their career, regardless of what their long-term goals are with the company. In addition to outside classes and certifications, we recently introduced a new on-site training opportunity, PEKO University!
We have found these educational partnerships and development opportunities to be extremely advantageous when it comes to serving our startup and OEM customers since we can be certain that we’ve brought together some of the most trained and best minds in the industry.
This ideology is directly reflected in our HR tagline: A Passion for Precision and People.
Machining and technical graduates from a credentialed 2-year program or relevant work experience are given opportunities to apply.
