With a dedicated 10,000 ft2 facility, 20 welding stations, and over 140 internal WPS, we’re prepared to handle all your sheet metal welding needs, from large-scale pieces to intricate assemblies.

We have a team of 16 welders certified to various AWS standards (and some ASME standards) to ensure that they meet the highest quality of workmanship. To maintain this standard of excellence, we also employ two certified welding inspectors (CWIs), capable of producing documentation, verifying welding procedures, and qualifying new welders on-site.

  • Resistance (Spot) Welding: Ideal for use on cabinets, brackets, and other components to produce welds in a fast, clean, and reliable manner. It forms joints more permanent than hardware assembly, but less permanent and expensive than MIG or TIG welding.
  • Robotic Welding: Ideal for use on high-volume work with repetitive movements to produce high-quality welds in a quick and consistent manner with little to no supervision.
